This month’s Rock Star has been an integral part of the RMS team for the past 25 years. Leonel Payen started as a helper on commercial projects and has moved his way through the company on the production side over the past 25 years. He spent time as a fabricator, then an installer, and eventually moved to install manager. From there, Leonel moved into the shop as our shop foreman and spent almost ten years running the shop. After several years of overseeing quality control and the warranty department, he recently moved to templating. His attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the stone industry makes him a cornerstone member of the RMS team. Leonel was nominated by Jordyn Halford, who had this to say about Leonel:
